II have previously used ths site to sell domains ( In India )
Now I changed the site to offer webhosting to users and the automatic system allows webmasters to start a free resellers plan. Anybody can become a free reseller. I have presently 11 resellers and the site is having some decent ranking in alexa also.

I like to have your comments.

Also you can simply test how the reseller plan looks like.
