Hey everyone

DOMAIN SALE: eHostBox.com

Due to recent Server Issues i have decided to sell my domain, site & additional software licences which include

WhoisCart (this one is unused but available in sale)
ClientExec (this one is an OWNED licence that cost me $145)

The domain is Google PR 4 with strong links all over the internet, has very little bad reputation on the internet if any (i cant find any).

the October stats are up untill the 5th then domain was suspended by myself accidently for 5 days and anything more is from TODAY ALONE

The Average is about 4500 Unique Visitors per month Prior to going offline for a week in August.

The domain is Registered via NameCheap (Free Push)

An aprasil about 4 months ago when it was PR2 gave me a value of $680 but i will accept much less for the bundle

The site should be back online as soon as it resolves back to the new nameservers.

Note:

Client Exec is actually $125 for the owned license, you have to pay support & upgrades on top of that once the license is > 6 months old. I understand that you have to pay a license transfer fee, you may wish to confirm this.

Whois.Cart() is a non-transferrable license, see http://whoiscart.net/license.htm

1) the ClientExec licence is being sold WITH the company, thus it stays on the domain name!

2) the whoiscart licence has been moved from server to server over the years.

"Non Transferable" means it cannot be used on a different domain. and ok $125/per yr if thats as it says. And the licence is < 1 Month old. We previously used WhoisCart 2.0

The CE website shows it at $125/6 month, NOT year.
My understanding of the Whois.Cart license is that it can't be transferred to a 3rd party.

Buyer would be well advised to confirm the license situation with the software vendors as the seller has a different interpretation to the license than me.

When i purchased my dedicated server i was told i'dd get an "Owned ClientExec Licence" i didn't research it in anyway. However it shall remain on the domain as it's licence is registered to "eHostBox" not myself.

On a 2nd note, WhoisCart isnt Transferable to a 3rd party. My WhoisCart account holds 2 Licences, 1) eHostBox.com 2) eHostBox.co.uk (Unfortionatly over the years this domain has been stolen from one of our registrar accounts whilst it was inactive). I shall provide the username/password to WhoisCart.net for Client Area if nessisary.

Please clarify the exact legal status of the transfer of these licenses as part of the domain sale. I would suggest that you raise support requests and post the reply here so any buyers know exactly what they get.

Sorry to be a pain, but we don't want anyone to be mislead.

not at all Monaghan ill open a support request on each and post a reply. as per the WhoisCart i am a very good friend of Alexandar (the owner) so im pretty sure he would do that favor for me. None the less i'll post a response from him/them/whoiscart.net.

I'll do this as soon as i get home. and i fully understand i wouldnt personally want to buy a company on False potenses.
