When posting a site for sale please follow these guidelines

-If the thread is an Auction Please use this title

-If you are asking for offers Please use this title

-If you are only accepting a BIN price and will not take offers Please use this title

Quote:

[BIN] And your title

-If you are not 100% you are going to sell please use this title

Quote:

[Testing] And your title

Within Your thread please include this information

Quote:

-Domain name
-Expirary Date
-Any Traffic (Screenshots preferred)
-Any Revenue (Screenshots preferred)
-Site Description
-Background information regarding domain
-License agreement )resale rights to site etc)
-Proof of purchase regarding a script or layout (unless its custom)
-Currency accepted
-BIN price (if any)
-Minimum amount accepted
-Method of Payment
-Support Included?
-Hosting requirements
-Date ending
-Contact Email

Please Add as much of that as you can and more if you so wish.

If you are selling a non custom script you Must Include proof of purchase, and if you are offering resale rights proof of these rights, your may not asksomeone to say you have resale rights you must post actual proof, the moderators will determine if this proof is enough.

Please conform to these guidelines

This is not official, Just something that would help to streamline sales

Also can ppl start posting ressel right proof when selling webmaster stuff personaly up till now i will not buy any webmaster stuff here as it looks increasingly dodgy IMO.

sorry to both of you, i didn't mean to make it sound that way, i was in a bad mood the other day and didn't mean to take it out on you, i am sorry for what i said. it was a good post and it would have helped many people, it is a good idea to do something like that.
