Why should the price go down? If this site is making the revenue stated in the first post, it is well worth the asking price.

I'm also working on a third-party tracker for the visit stats and such.. as my host's stats programs are not working.

The general rule-of-thumb for what sites are worth, are their monthly rev x12. The starting price is a lot lower than that
