I think it would look nice if you used a little css to spice up the links on your main page at the top, because plain blue links are kinda boring. It looks good otherwise though

Design: You need to fix the very top, but otherwise it's pretty good. The blue links and where it says God of Domains is pretty ugly, especially compared to the rest of the site.

Also, at the bottom, you should clear up this line "Special offer : Limited time only. Domain + 10MB + Unlimited pop 3 all for US$ 19/pa .Paypal friendly =>". Make it look more along the lines of this: "<b>SPECIAL OFFER, LIMITED TIME ONLY!</b> Get a domain name with ten megabytes of storage and unlimited POP3 accounts for only $19! Paypal friendly!".

Hosting: I'm not sure how much profit you rake in, but if you want more customers and to stay competitive, you should offer a few more MySQL databases than you currently do. Some free hosts offer more than that. I'd recommend at least five for the small plan and ten for the larger one, if not more than that. Your storage allowed and transfer allowed is pretty good though.

Its pretty nice, but make the font diffrent, it's just so generic. Especially the top links, they just don't go well. Also, the girl in the left picture looks a bit funky. :S Other than that its pretty nice, maybe play with the flash some more.
