Desparate help needed!

Hi all i am in desparate need of some advice, this website is not even maintaining itself. Money is being lost, i am at a desparate time almost ready to sell or give up. What is wrong with this website, is it to boring because our prices are very competitive.
This is a genuine plea for help and i am not spamming what so ever - i need help

Maybe if you could get verified from PayPal and VeriSign etc and show their seals on your site, this would help sales? Also, where are you advertising the site?

Yea i agree with Craig
i dont feel secure enough when i go to your site to think of buying any stuffs from you.

getting verified by places like Paypal and so on would probably help sales also better quality pictures would make the site look far better

I think there is nothing wrong with the site, it looks like a good design, and everything is in place.
I would try paypal.

put the paypal seal on your site, get better, high-res pictures of your products (low-res images aren't very professional). List specific names of people in the testimonials.
advertise your site with google

The pictures are slightly pixelated.

If i were to buy off your site i would certainly want some verifaction thats its nothing dodgy. Maybe you could get a "User Said after purchase" bit? (or if you have it make it more obvious to see)

Use like oodles of advertsing, both overture and adwords. Both are good.

Also, get a better site, the pictures aren't the best and that annoying red blurb on all of them needs to go. Maybe invest in a nicer layout and have one professionaly made?

Oh and do what they said, get verified. That should make visitors feel more secure, but you won't get visitors without advertising.
