Feedback on my Website

Hi all,

Website www.brettonboys.com

I have just set up my own website for Bretton Boys Junior Football Club, for under 14's, under 13's and under 9's.

There is potential for it to develop further and i am wanting feedback to point me in the right direction if possible.

It is my first website so be gentle!!!

Nice work for first time,

I assume you are using a pre-designed template.

Just two things:

* Text "All Season" on right side is quite odd, it should be in same fotn as rest of the web

* Try to make your logo image of better quality, you cant compromise on your brand image. You can do it elsewhere.

Generally very nice but some of the boxes seem to go outside their boundaries. Took a little while for phots in top right corner to load

I dnot think you shoul try to improve it at this time. Focus on content and news about the team.

great flash intro, and i'm impressed to see you have alternative text links for the main navigation. the text isn't all scalable in MSIE though. try using relative font sizes i.e. *em / *% / large/larger/small/smaller...etc rather than *pt / *px

very nice site at last a site that looks good and which is designed well. Have you used a cms to create this site. The icons and graphics all seem to work well with this site. so many times i see people using icons that just stand out like a sore thumb and do nothing for the site, but your looks good.

I would say that is a very nice effort, from someone that has not made a website before. As someone has said before, move your focus to getting your content looking and reading well. Other than that great job and keep it up.

Its deppressing me that after years of playing about some one can make a better web site then myself on there first go. Must be the temp plates and new software on the market to-day.
Using Msn 2003 front page. Msn Expressions looks good and DreamweaverCS3 but can n't aford them
