I like it... its clean clear not cluttered. The colours work well together.

What are you trying to develope the site into?

It looks pretty good, the only thing I would fix is the part that says "Done By Aysha Gomaa " Is way down at the bottom when I view it in IE. Try to fix that.

Basically, it looks too unorganized. First of all, your header is a piece of trash. If you're going to have a header, it should look attractive. The current header you are using is pretty much disgusting. Secondly, your site is way off center. The edges of the header box do not line up with the left edge of the left navigation boxes (Recent & Affiliates) or the right edge of the right navigation boxes (Poll & Stats). Then, the login button looks out of place. Move the login option to the top navigation bar that is in the header.

The first thing you do to clean up the clutter is center the whole page. Next, make the header span the length of the three columns. Lastly, get a new header.

Hope this helps you on your road to success as a webmaster.

Loads of things that you can improve here, I would stick most important ones:

* Make the fonts smaller overall, do it by CSS and relative sizing. Your users will be able to change size on their systems if they want to.
* Same applies to the header image, make it a bit smaller and some design will look good instead of just big text bit.
* Use the middle part to include Tutorial Links and/or summary from some featured tutorials

I know its easy to speak than to do, if you want any help from me I would be happy.
