Hi

What do you think of the design of Pirino.com? ( http://www.pirino.com )
Is there anything you would like to see improved/changed/added?

Just that the site has had 700 uniques in the last 4 days and only 21 members have signed up

Can you see anything remotely wrong with it?

No, it is brilliant, i cannot figure out why that is. I have had about 3000 uniques in 2 months on host-me-free.com, and there are not really that many images. (Warning: Front page outdated.) (It may have a 409.)

It may be that it is not exactly clear what you get or when you sign up or what the site is (is it a search engine?). What do you get ?5 credit for?? When you sign up it asks you for billing info but i have absolutely no idea what i am getting billed for and for how much so i would not fill it in. Also prehaps the terminology looks a bit US biased (state and zip codes) but the site seems UK based so maybe it is putting some people off.

You might consider adding a link that gives some corporate info about Pirino
and possibly let it lead onto a support section that will have a FAQ etc... Also do you want to be charging people before they know if you any good? Prehaps offer your service free until you fill up your database a bit.

i think that making the search box and button be in the center of the blue bar, not at the bottom, would make it look better

What browser are you using? In Firefox/IE it IS in the centre

i think there should be a directory of all the sites that people have signed up with so that they could get more hits and makes the site seem less like google at first glance

Wistow i like it. But i tried to download the tool bar and it didn't seem to appear in the view > toolbars menu?

Have you created this all from scratch or used some freeware to build on?

I like its layout not lots of links and text everywhere. Easy navigation. But i think you could at least do with a rollover on the links.

Awww. What happened to the other style you had earlier? The one with the yellowish colored bar etc. That one really looked cool. This one doesn't grab my attention and looks like a landing page of some popular misspelled domain(no offence, just go with the old design).
