Looks ok to me. Nothing snazzy about it, but then most classified ad sites aren't. You could maybe do with a new logo. Something a little more professional.

Just my 2 cents..

you could do with a new logo becuase that current one doesn't look all that good other than that it looks ok

It looks like that is not a webmaster directory but a website to sell things like websites so maybe you could change the software.

The look of it doesn't matter too much. I mean look at craigslist.org. Their a multi million dollar business. If you get enough people on it this could take off. I'm bookmarking this one.

When I try to create an ad, I'm unable tosave it

There's a box under the duration field that's marked as mandatory, however it's 0 lenght and therefore won't accept an entry.

Looks good, great graphics. Maybe add some more colour. Emphasize some of the key features with some colour or something. It is very mono tone?
