I need a free chat script. Does anyone know of the best one out there? With admin features and user created rooms and stuff. Thank you!

An instant chatroom. I am not sure which one to choose, so which one will be best? If you don't know then I will get all of them.

Do you want it to be accessed by others throughout the world wide web or only your website has access?

you could use irc just find an irc server that will let you make a channel register your channel then put something like pjirc on your site so people can acess it

Not a bad idea but I think Java or Flash should do him well.

BMG, i would avoid java chat rooms as they take forever to load, i would recommend flash.
