Id like to make a new site i dont know what to call it its gonna be like Mess.be but there will also be PSP new Computer new alsorts there

NM i finsihed that idea now im making KFN like MSN and i would like people to help me if they can id like the hompage to be like MSN.com in simple WHITE click
* Change colors:
* Simple White
* Classic Blue
on top of homepage
could anyone make me anything like it? with css styles no frames

EDIT i fogot to say if you make a template and its really good and i like it i can ffer 100WMT or more depending how good it is
