A counter thing!

hey,

i am making a website (www.a-2z.com) and i want a counter for telling my visitors how many times someone has uploaded something to my server, like one of flubbers websites which i can't remember what the name is.
I dont want the counter to be 'Graphical' just plain text.

please try to help and any comments will be taken

jsut type free php scripts in google and i think the third page has some good stuff, one just like that

) maybe flubber could tell me how he did his, all i want is text saying how many times visitors have uploaded a file.
