| Senior Member | I just recently got a wordpress blog setup by fantastico so I don't know much about its install. Is there an easy way to move wordpress to another directory? I installed it on my main directory but now thought the better of it and would like to have a regular page and just a seperate directory for my blog. Does anyone know which files I have to move? Are there absolute links that will break if I move it? EDIT: Forget it. I've figured it out. I didn't see until now that you could change the uri of the wordpress. I just changed that and copied it to the new directory. Did I miss anything? Last edited by FrozenDice; 10-07-2005 at 07:41. |

| Moderator | Yes, go in the wp-config.php file in the top directory of the wordpress blog.
