My comments,

Sorry to be crictial but these are my honest opinions.

First off the background colour for the 'Site Navigation' and 'Affiliates' just doesn't fit in with your theme. Try changing them to another shade of blue or something that doesn't clash with it.

No offence or nothing but the graphics used around the site aren't that good. For example the navigation ones have the white bits showing around the edges. Maybe you should improve the existing graphics and use some around the rest of the layout to make the page more interesting.

BTW the <title> tag is meant to nested in the <head> tag. Also when you feel ready I would recommend learning CSS as it is a must know skill for any would be developer.

Its your first site, so its not going to be a Picasso. Just finish it, don't stop half way through and you'll learn slowly.

Sorry about saying I could make you a banner, I was unfortunatly uninspired with your site right now, so no content to give me ideas. I tried staying with your blue and green theme (might want to get a diff color scheme). In the end I just said "what the H*ll and put the word crazy games on the top right.

secondly sorry but thought i put the title in the head tag, any way i know some who always uses two body tags, one for no reason and one for the background colour and he has uses 3 body tags once. anyway i will learn css soon but im leanring PHP right now so im not sure what to do. i ahve to agree site the site navigation thing though, and anyway i need some buttons to fill up my affiliates section ;D *nudge,nudge*. anyway thanks for the banner frozendice

i dont think those buttons fit in with the site, if its for free flash games then why not make the buttons more colourful and cartoon like
