Whats the easiest website making software?

you mean a WYSIWYG Editor; (what you see is what you get)

Most people use dreamweaver but others use software like the one one built into netscape or Frontpage.

Dreamweaver is definetly most popular; go with that if you need to choose

yea, i've downloaded dreamweaver and its blank to me!
I know nothing about this stuff and i would love to know how to, has anyone got any link to teach me how to use dreamweaver?

I cannot remember the extention, but it is something like .tk or .dk e.t.c

www.pixel2life.com and click dreamweaver... I learnt it just by clicking around; its fairly simple..

notepad is the best easyest and its all round just good

i cant work non visially, i used to have to, and when editing php i had nothing but errors, dreamweaver is my fav, i HATE frontpage i used to use it but its crap
