Which software ?

Hi
Using Msn front page 2003
Tried Expressins web good software did some great things with it but could not get Flash into it and it had a bug with logging in, it let me log in to 3 web sites but one that I had just changed the login password it would not work. Maybe because it was a 30 day trial, but its put me off buying it for now.
Dreamweaver CS3 this is great software you need to think hard about getting it. Phonned help line and was told "I either knew what I was doing or not". and they could not help me unless I paid ?399 pounds for the software which is $399 in the usa Half price, and that has put me off buying Dreamweaver CS3 I went to the company helpform and found a lot of complaints and bugs about the new software. Any way I will see what happens to the software market in the next few months.

Have you ever considered looking at open source software?

There are plenty of good html editors written for LINUX and available free of charge. One good one is BlueFish and there are a whole lot more...FREE

http://bluefish.openoffice.nl/

You can run LINUX as a live CD so you will not mess up your Windows PC.
Get UBUNTU and give it a try. Just install the bluefish editor with the Add/ Remove option and you're away!

For me theres no much better in creating a website by using Adobe Dreamweaver... don't make your self hard on creating a website. all you need to do is a basic knowledge in HTML, if you have knowledge in CSS that would be advantage for you.
