Free Hover Ads Generator? Anyone?

Hi Guys,

So here is what I am looking for: a popup generator (or a hover ads creator as it is often called I think) for my web advertising. I am using popups as they are most effective (at least to my experience). I've been using them alot and with great success. And in the recent time, my advertising gets blocked more and more of the time. I tried banners - no joy.
So, I've been searching for something free at least for my first experiments. My question is have you ever found anything interesting - I mean a free (preferably) hover ads generator, maybe online? All I found were standard popups online free generators. I found only one of the new ones (free) but nothing more - http://popup-toolkit.com (see top right corner for the free one).
If you have seen anything better anywhere, please, let me know.
