Where you have 'forumhome_vbpopup', replace that with 'forumhome_vbpopup'

See if that works

is it worth me doing a fresh install of vBulletin or not?

EDIT: I TRIES EVERYTHING I COULD, AND AM UPLOADING A FRESH INSTALL.

well youve just done one reinstall and its very annoying but you may aswell i suppose ,theres only 20 posts 5 members and one picture of a scottish city. anyway its only the index page that dont work

Why not try the actual Vbull support forum? (Vbulletin.org/.com ?)

Im sure you will get better/quicker help from there as they actually created the mods and the bone structure forum.
