that is what i tried to do, but some other files (i dont know which) were causing index.php to not function properly, i couldn't find these files, so a re-installation is the only thing i could do.

Didn't you know that WMT is the place to ask all questions

From observation of recent postings, it would appear that Google, vendor's support forums etc... are all second rate to WMT (either that or everyone who bet on the 15K post target is trying to ensure their winnings).
