the php/mysql section or if you are offering WMT? in the sales section with WANTED in the title.

yes you can makes sites in php on dreamweaver, but you can have a wizard to say if this happens do this, you have to type it in, hand coding it as you go.

I normally use notepad ++ with syntax to do the base php codeing then stick it in dreamweaver for cosmetics.

Ethan, the mafia network is coded in asp.net, you dont want to go there

Errm, you really cant ask someone to custom code you a full php game, you would be looking at 80?+++ 80 if its a really non busy close freind in the region of 500 i guess if its a freelance coder.

good luck on making the game it will probably cost a lot of money as morphmaster said if you hire someone to do it.
