Suggestions Ideas MORE COLOR?!

Ok, so I've been really feeling down today so I made a layout with alot of color in it. Any suggestions, comments please!

lol the filename is 486

EDIT: Almost forgot, menu will be on the left, probably a shoutbox on the right.

that looks ok but i dont think the colours suit specially on the right hand side

this WILL sound stupid but i have no knowledge of how to make templates....at all!

Actually I don't think its my best, as I said it was made when I was really depressed and needed some color. Thanks for your reviews though. Another site I've been working on will come up soon.
