i don't think it is possible to make webpages without any html

Use a Content Management Software to run your website.

What on earth are you talking about? You aren't making any sense at all. Every single web page that has, and will be created, is made of html, no matter if you coded it yourself, it has to be html.

PHP is a pre-processing language, so when someone tries to access a PHP page, the PHP is evaluated, and the page is sent to the person without any PHP, just the HTML which has resulted from the PHP. For example the PHP page with this script:

<html>

 <head>

 </head>

 <body>

  <?

   echo "5 times 7 equals " . (5*7) . ".";

  ?>

Would be sent to the person trying to visit the page as:
