Default Expand to U.K.???

Hi all, I currently have a successful site http://unlimitedcriminalchecks.com .Since I live in the U.S. & know the laws, I was able to build the site to include all 52 states. Everyone knows the U.K. has a large market of internet users, & I would like to expand my service and/or create a type of sister site for the U.K....the only problem is I know nothing about the laws, areas, or how to go about finding a persons background history in the U.K.

Also, the U.K. would be ideal because well, you speak english too!!

If anyone would be interested in a partnership, please let me know.

I would contact a decent UK legal expert and take advise before doing anything.

Why are Criminal Records not public information there? I belive thet are as I have done some searching on the web for them. If they wern't public information, there would be no way I could really get them for people anyway,...not like they could do anything to me anyway as I don't live there.

You don't have to take advise if you dont want to, it's your business, however you clearly state you know nothing about UK law

I've no idea if records are public, hence the suggestion to take legal advise.
