Hi Venmore

I've noticed this site seems really quiet at the moment so it might be worth also called someone like your local Business Link for assistance. Hope this helps.

If you have that volume of data to hold, then I'd suggest a CMS to manage everything for you, once you've done the base design, then you're just left with the data input.

You have the content, but no design skills. You suggest the content is all based on your business, suggesting to me that the partner will have little or no input to the content.

Sounds like you want a freelance designer rather than a partner

So you'd expect a partner to gain nothing

If it's a good idea you have, then you need to invest, if it's not worth the investment, then I'd think again.

If you don't want to invest in your idea, then have a look at Joomla or Mambo and bung something together in your spare time.
