What happens now...

Lots of signups
Shed loads of revenue from you Ad-Sense account
New servers
Repeat until you get bored
Visit from the tax man (if you've not already registered)

Alternatively

Your systems can't cope with the traffic, you get huge overage bills and go bust.

I'd suggest you work hard to ensure scenario 1

Depends,

Presumably you want visitors / customers otherwise you'd not have started on any SEO work on your site ?

I'm guressing therefore that you didn't prepare for so many customers ? This is of course where experience comes into it's own

You have to declare all income regardless of where it originates. You are not necesserally liable for tax, but technically it must be declared.

You only need 1 upset customer to complain to the Inland Revenue fraud dept and you then are the subject of an investigation as they have to investigate every allegation

Pop down to your local tax office and get the forms from their advise centre, they'll probably have leaflets / someone to ask questions.

You may also want to consider Ltd company status as this will give you a degree of personal protection (unless you defraud someone or something equally stupid)
