How would I make my images links?

Hi, I'm wondering if I am able to make images that are called in from my database into links also, so that when they are clicked on they take you to another page. I'm not sure how to do this, because my pictures are in a folder on the server and the php connects to the database, which stores the image name and puts it one the page.

How do I add a link to my image?
