| Super Moderator | I dealt with an issue today (as a favour, not one of my customers) where a user couldn't restore their MySQL backup to their new host. Beware, if your host has upgraded to MySQL 4.1, then you will most likely have issues restoring your database in the event you move to a host with MySQL 4.0 Given that the default MySQL database install for cPanel is 4.0, the you could well ahve the same issues. I've written up my findings at http://www.monaghan.co.uk/mysql should you wish to learn more.
