Fast Promotion

I am trying to start a website.It is not done yet but I would like to start promoting it since all this takes some time.

The title of this topic is fast promotion and according to what I read,this website was started two months ago and is already really popular.
I'd like to know how much money was invested(if any) and how this promotion was done.

I'd be really happy if I got answers from the admin himself.

I own a huge network of websites with loads of members, and I advertised using these, I have not spent any ??? advertising yet.

I also owe alot to WoodFlooristCom, RobertAll and Flubber for their offline and online promotion efforts.

I also give away alot of things, and it's most likely that you came here looking for a domain name! Within the next 4 weeks I will have given away 4 massive software products and a website with traffic and a whole bundle of other stuff!

Basically the best way to promote a website is to offer something that interests people, that way they will signup and hopefully come back

If it doesn't work first time, try again. I have built my internet empire through sheer hard work over the last 6 years. You don't get anywhere without trying

Ya i agree..but to do this, we need to have the money to spend though.
That's the crucial factor

MY advise is get a crew of 3 people, and get them to promote offline, that is what wistow has done, we have not started yet, but soon we will.

its going to be hard on the advertisers but that's one of the best way i think

I have three websites so far,my last one which was a little sucess got 27 members in three months,Then I forgot about it as it was hosted by teach-nology.com and provided extremely little space.I promoted it by adding it to search engines and getting several free subdomains.The site I'm currently working on is going to be much more serious and I want it to be a bigger sucess.

Well one time I had a 90+ member forum in 4 months. I didn't pay a penny except for the webmaster expenses such as hosting. All you need to do is post in the right forums.

i dont think its the number of members in a forum that matters.
its the members who are really there to participate in the cimmunity that matters

Well yeah I had about 50 active members. Some members just dissapear after a little bit.

I had 13 active members.Hosting isn't a problem for me.If I need more space then I just use my own pc as a server.But that gives me problems since my comp is in the internet 18/24 hours a day.
