Default Offline advertising - Taking to the extreme

I have over 1000 cards and 40 posters for one of my sites, teenout.com, which will be worth the most. It may seem like a lot, but it is really important i get at least 1 site with a few hundred members on it. Online advertising is crap and boring, so i have done this for me. I will not tell my mum as she will disagree, as usual, i have a bike, and i can cycle long distances, so wish me the best of luck.

Robert.

Find a youth club or something and see if you can get permission to hand out the cards, or even get a poster displayed.

Unless you target well, then you might need far more than 1000 cards in order to get a few hundred members, you're expecting a very high success rate for a few hundred signups from just 1000 cards

Ok, the youth club is 4 miles away, and i was not planning to cycle that far. My advertising methods are neat and fresh. They use funky by readable font, and they are black and white, but that does not matter as they are to the point. Anyway, i am going to start in a few hours time. Any suggestions?

Place the posters near your target audience, for example on 5-a-side football pitches, tennis courts, in gyms, youth clubs (as Monaghan suggested) and other places such as these. This will ensure the highest rate of success. Good luck!

good luck with the advertising but be sure to place them in places that would be full of young people, so obviously a bank wouldn't be the best idea.

Make sure you get permission to display your posters as they'll know where to get hold of you if you break any local bylaws
