General question:embedding a pop-up in a link

This is something i has always wanted i know, how to embed a pop-up into a link, so when the user clicks the link, it goes to that page, and lauches the pop-up, not that i am going to use it for me site, just a matter of interest.

You could trap the onclick event in Javascript and fire off a pop up that way.

target=_blank it'll open in a new window, just like target=_top brings you to the top of the page.
