Do you find CSS layout too difficult ?

I stumbled on this site earlier today

It will create a base html file & css file which you can download, very simple yet quite a clever idea really.

Can you create a page layout with css? I thought it was only used for link styles, etc.

I am still learning the basic. I would say it is not the same as what we do for html. need some try & error to learn it.
