I'd go for Firefox.

As a webmaster, you need to be familiar with both and coding your sites to work in both.

For general use, I prefer Firefox

and Mozilla as well. You'd better check the way your site looks in all the browsers not to put even small percentage of your visitors away.

Don't forget Opera and Safari.
