Thread: Hiring dedicated webmasters/link builder

I have read some articles recently from SBI about outsourcing regular webmastering works , link building works . there are some business that offers dedicated webmaster/link builder staff via offshore relationship.

Have you even considered to hire staff from India /Banlgadesh etc.?

Can you trust that will actually create back links to your site?

If I get daily report, its not hard for me and for any one to check whether he is creating back links for me or not.

I think as he will be my staff, I have some responsibiliy also to help him to work fruitfully
