The helpdesk system from http://www.cerberusweb.com is excellent, and free if you only intend to use 1 email address, but well worth the price if you need more
I don't have any experience with inverseflow products so can't advise on them, sorry
I have not personally used it, but i would always take wistow's recommendation.
