Add WebmasterTalk.co.uk to your website!

Hi

I came up with this idea today, and wondered if anyone would be interested in using it. It is a way that you can add WebmasterTalk.co.uk INTO YOUR OWN SITE so that it looks like you have a full-functional webmaster forum!

I know it isn't a new or complicated concept, but it does the job!

I'd also appreciate it if you would give me your feedback in this thread.

Have a look at the bottom, great idea, will it work inside the flash, it uses a special file system.

No, sorry Robert it probably won't work without making some modifications to the flash file. But it works well in normal pages

Happy 600th post btw.

Im currently using a redirect to WMT anyways, but i will add the iframe when i get my hosting set up properly.

Edit: I remember something now. Why not just put a direct link to this site? Its basicly the same thing. execpt for the URL to this site would be from your URL insted. So there is no real reason right? Please explain.

The reason for the IFRAME is so that visitors stay on YOUR site while using WebmasterTalk, rather than a direct URL which would send them here. With the IFRAME, you can build a site around the forum, using your own site navigation etc

Craig, the script doesnt work in Firefox...

Doesnt like it, have to set certain pixel height and not percentage. Any ideas on how to fix using firefox? (IE=Hate)

Its like the right width, but the height is only the size of the banner so it requires a lot of scrolling. (Tried different percentages, dont work

)
