For which TLD?

Different registrars will have better pricing than others.

The actual registrar is not so important as the availability of their control panel (should you want to swap DNS details to move to another host), ability to protect your domain and transfer it to another registrar with little or no fuss.

Choice of other features will depend on the TLD though.

Some registrars have odd policies, so it's can save you time and money to check the fine print carefully ie. if they're selling a domain at cost or below cost there's probably a reason!

depends on what you want, but most should be fine, the cheaper registrars will tend to try to upsell at every opertunity, so check before clicking.

Yes, EuroDNS.com is a good one, they may not be very cheap, but still I am to trust registration to them. They are especially good for non-generic TLDs, and some of them, like .tel are only availiable by this company.

.tel isn't available anywhere

Eurodns are merely accredited for .tel at this point - and most of the other big registrars will be as well
