Hi, I would seriously recommend dreamweaver but the price tag is a little hefty.

Have you ever considered looking at open source software?

There are plenty of good html editors written for LINUX and available free of charge. One good one is BlueFish and there are a whole lot more...FREE

You can run LINUX as a live CD so you will not mess up your Windows PC.
Get UBUNTU and give it a try. Just install the bluefish editor with the Add/ Remove option and you're away!
