I know it?s a bit late in the day but before I part with any money I always ask 2 simple questions
1, Have you got any clients I can contact to ask about your work. Always make sure you get three or more.
2, Do the job and I will pay for the results.
If there any good they usually provide the first. But this could be a con too, so I always look at whois as well just to make sure the domains are not registered to the same person. |
