Search engines are more than happy with pretty sites, what they are looking for is well presented content. Remember that they can only read HTML, you need to present your content as well structured (ideally validated).
Try presenting the 101 suggestions as an HTML list and add a few headers so the search engines can see what you're trying to get over to the visitor, as it stands, it could appear just like a huge link farm.
I'd also ditch the tables and in-line styles and do the layout and formatting in CSS, but that's just my opinion
